Hey, I'm Sam — the person behind Veloa

I started this store because I was tired of pet gear that looked nice in photos but didn't actually hold up to daily life with a real pet. Veloa is built around one idea: gear that actually works, not just gear that looks good on a shelf.

Every product we carry gets picked (or sent back) based on one question: would I actually use this with my own pet? If the answer's no, it doesn't make the cut.

We're a small team, which means when you reach out, you're talking to a real person, not a call center.
